These SMS Terms of Use govern the text-messaging program provided by Nuroblox Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms of Use.

1. SMS Program Description

Our SMS program provides customers with appointment-related and service-related communications, which may include:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Appointment rescheduling or cancellation notices

  • Service updates and notifications

  • Links to forms, questionnaires, documents, or other requested services

  • Customer-support communications

  • Other non-promotional messages related to services requested by you

Our SMS program is intended primarily for transactional and informational communications. We will not use your SMS consent to send unrelated marketing messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, account activity, requested services, and communication preferences.

You may receive messages when an appointment or service is created, confirmed, updated, approaching, rescheduled, cancelled, or completed.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile-service plan.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying:

STOP

After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you opt in again.

Additional opt-out keywords may also be supported, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPTOUT.

Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent us from contacting you through email, telephone calls, postal mail, or other communication methods when permitted by law.

6. Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message availability may vary depending on your carrier, device, location, network availability, and mobile-service plan.

7. Changing or Transferring Your Mobile Number

You agree to notify us promptly if you change, deactivate, transfer, or are no longer authorized to use the mobile number enrolled in our SMS program.

You may notify us using the contact information provided above. You remain responsible for opting out before transferring or discontinuing the number.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program will be handled according to our Privacy Policy:

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited information with communications service providers, including Twilio, mobile carriers, and technical vendors, only as necessary to operate, transmit, secure, and support our messaging services.

9. Availability and Modifications

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the SMS program, or any feature of the program, at any time.

We may update these SMS Terms of Use periodically. Any changes will become effective when the updated terms are posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Your continued participation in the SMS program after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuroblox Inc is not responsible for delayed, failed, incomplete, or misdirected message delivery resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier outages, network failures, device incompatibility, inaccurate telephone numbers, or telecommunications-service interruptions.
